eLearning continues to develop as a feasible and cost-effective method to deliver training. However, the process of designing and developing eLearning is not without its abundance of complexities and decisions. Perhaps just as challenging is ascertaining an accurate estimation of the skills, time, and resources required to complete a project. This session will provide you with concepts and ideas that can be immediately applied to increase the ease and accuracy of estimating the cost of e-Learning projects.
About Mark Steiner:
For over 15 years, Mark Steiner has designed and developed custom eLearning and interactive media programs for a variety of clients. He holds a BS in Industrial Technology and an MS in Industrial Training. His project roles have varied from group director to project manager, and lead instructional designer to lead programmer. He is intimately familiar with proven eLearning methodologies. Since 2001, Mark has been president of his e-learning consulting firm, mark steiner, inc. He has instructed graduate-level courses on designing and developing e-learning projects, and enjoys speaking at a variety of training and eLearning conferences in the U.S. and Europe.
