About David Rock
David coined the term NeuroLeadership and is driving the use of neuroscience research in the workplace. His article 'The Neuroscience of Leadership' has become one of the most popular papers at strategy+business magazine, where it was published in 2006. His work was featured in US Business Week in 2007, and in cover story at SHRM's magazine in April 2008. David is on the faculty and advisory board of CIMBA, an international business school based near Venice, Italy, where he is helping build a neuroscience-based MBA. David is also the founder of Results Coaching Systems, which is helping global organizations such as EDS, HSBC, AIG and American Express build coaching cultures. He is the author of three books, recently 'Quiet Leadership' and the soon to be released 'Coaching with the Brain in Mind'. David founded the NeuroLeadership Summit and is collaborating closely with several senior neuroscientists on research. |
