We invite you to worship with us this Sunday at 8:30 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. Christian Education for all ages is suspended during the summer months, however, story time is offered each week for children ages 4-8. For a complete listing of all of our worship services, please click here
The Karnatz family is pleased to announce that Farida arrived this week from Afghanistan! Farida has come to the states again this year through the Solace for the Children program. Kurt and Kathy Karnatz hosted Farida last summer and have opened their home to her once again this year. Please keep Farida in your prayers - she has many medical appointments this week. Our own Ginny Stehle,Vestry leader to Outreach, recently returned from a trip to Guatemala. Family Movie Night under the stars this Saturday! Our Sunday School families are invited to attend this fun event this Saturday, June 23rd beginning at 7:30 pm (movie will begin at 8). If you would like to attend, please bring a salty or sweet treat to share and blankets/chairs to sit on. Water and popcorn will be provided. Inspired by their home in the majestic blue Ridge mountains, Al Petteway and Amy White will mesmerize you with Appalachian and Celtic-inspired melodies. Let's fill this space this Sunday, June 24th at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $10/$15 at the door and all proceeds benefit outreach. A Meet-the-Artist reception follows the concert. We are in need of volunteers who wish to provide Altar flowers. Open dates in July are the 1st and 8th. Flowers can be given in loving memory of someone, or in celebration of a special occasion.
