Barnyard Benefit BBQ

  

5:30 pm Celebrity Cocktail Party

6:30 pm General Admission 

 

Alec Baldwin our Celebrity Chairperson will be hosting our celebrity cocktail reception  5:30-6:30 pm. We are just putting the finishing touches on this fun-filled event. The Benefit will include a very special Live and Silent Auction. The Live auction will feature beautiful artwork, exclusive spa experience, baseball "behind the scenes" adventures, and Alec Baldwin will provide some unique opportunities for Danny's Farm's darling animals.

 

It's not too late for you to  purchase tickets, just email us with your snail mail address and put "BBQ Benefit" in the subject line, and we'll send you an invitation in the mail.  But hurry......

(Held at the Almansor Academy in South Pasadena) 


Bunnies

featuring our much loved bunnies and critters

 

Afterschool Program (Extended Day)  

Hours 2:30 pm - 5:30  pm  Monday -Friday

  

Summer Enrichment Program (Extended Year)

July 18th - August 26th

Hours 9 am - 3 pm 

  • Trained staff (1:3 staff to child ratio)
  • Loving animals to nurture social, sensory & pre-vocational understandings
  • Emphasis on social skills, teamwork, meaningful play, turn-taking and nurturing friendships
  • Creative activities - arts & crafts, music, cooking drama games, scavenger hunts and lots  more.........
  • Positive approach to health, nutrition, exercise & problem solving
  • Extended hours and transportation available

Sign up for one day or multiple days. Private pay or participants may be eligible for funding through Regional Centers.

Anthony Vega-Fujioka Mural

Thank you Anthony for the amazing mural !

A BIG THANK YOU TO

 ANTHONY VEGA-FUJIOKA

Anthony Vega-Fujioka chose Danny's Farm to benefit from his amazing Eagle Scout project.  A large part of Danny's Farm's community outreach involves bringing animals to off-site locations. Carefully crafted stand-alone fencing was created by Anthony and 38 other helpful Scouts.  Also created was an amazing mural to delight visitors and children who visit Danny's Farm.  The attention to detail and beautiful artistry is greatly appreciated! Anthony's Eagle project can be seen at the  Barnyard Benefit on May 21. Thank you Eagle Scout Anthony!!!!

Strawberry Festival

Danny's Farm enjoyed working at the petting farm at Cal Poly Pomona's Annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday, May 7. Alex Reeser and Danny Gott, along with Villa Esperanza Job Coach, Tammi Terrel and Jay Nolan's Brenda Miranda were on hand to greet visitors and share the animals with the hundreds of visitors. Danny's Farm thanks Cal Poly Pomona for allowing our employees to have this opportunity, and to work alongside such talented students and staff.
