Can you believe those Canucks?! I am so stressed about the game, but I'm thinking positive thoughts.
Sonny turned 12 years old on June 2nd. Here is a picture of him and his office colleague  celebrating. Morgan's head is too small for a hat so we left it off.
Things are stable in the mortgage world. Fixed rates are at record lows again and the variable is steady.
Realtors are telling me that business is picking up after a quiet spring. People seemed to be waiting to make their decision to buy or sell. Is it the weather, hopes the house prices will drop? Not sure. I suspect once interest rates start to increase, as we know they will, people will jump in.
