Q:  What is CRI? 

A:  CRI (Color Rendering Index) is a scale that measures how  an artificial light source renders color.  The higher the number, (100 being the best option, natural daylight) the better the color rendering. Usually, around 85 is good for pleasant appearance of people, food and
merchandise; 70+ for offices, educational, health care and
institutional settings and 50+ for most industrial tasks.
