I just wanted to touch base & update you on some new happenings...
I've been making some changes to my website and going for a lighter feel. I hope it resonates with you; I just think learning about relationships and how to overcome, avoid, or recover from the tough stuff, should be a little more fun!
Recently, I discovered that the way I related to money was keeping me from completely living the life I wanted. I also still had not fully recovered financially my own breakup years ago, and the only thing that held me back from moving forward completely, was money. So I decided that's enough of that, and set out to tackle this issue head on. It was a little scary, everyone probably appreciates how hard it is to face the money monsters, but in truth, all of us have some kind of issue around money, big or small. No one ever talks about it, and it is not easy to talk about it, so we feel like we're the only one or that we will be judged, but quite the opposite is true.
I am learning first hand what it means to make huge changes in my thinking around this touchy and often avoided subject of money~and I am in the middle of an amazing coach training program for women that is all about money. It has had such a profound effect on my daily life, that I've added it to my programs already, while I am taking the course and getting certified!
I had some major breakthroughs in the first 3 sessions alone~and I wasn't expecting that!
