We are very excited to launch our monthly newsletter. In addition to letting you know about changes within the firm, we are pleased to introduce our new logo and letterhead graphics. Always important to us has been our ability to forge solutions to complex legal and business issues for our clients. The rings reflect our ability to utilize objective criteria to further the needs of the client and yet still satisfy the needs of the other party, thus creating an overlap of interests and a satisfactory relationship between the parties.

In addition to our continuing work in our Commercial Real Estate practice, we are very excited to announce the expansion of our Consumer Bankruptcy and our Estate Planning and Probate practice areas. Partners Robert Nagle and Stuart Pack along with Walter Howl have all been working hard to assist non-business clients in an ever worsening economic environment. Partner Jim Rees is now working with Karen Nagle in the Estate Planning and Probate practice to help with the increased demand for revisions to estate plans given changes to many clients' portfolios.
