With the holidays behind us, it's time to get back into a routine. If you are one to make New Year's resolutions, add 'take better care of me' to the top of the list. Schedule your annual exam and mammogram (if indicated) and have the satisfaction of keeping one of your resolutions before the end of month.
January is National Birth Defects Prevention Month. The Women's Health Group offers several options for genetic screening. These tests are optional, not mandatory, during your prenatal care.
