This event will include presentations from each of the finalists, followed by a ceremony to award two scholarships.

Northeast Florida Counts is an innovative, one-stop source for population data and information about healthy communities. The site helps planners, policy makers, and community members learn about issues and identify improvements necessary for healthful outcomes. Featured on the site is a community dashboard of health-based indicators for seven counties within the Northeast Florida region. Funded by a broad partnership and managed by the Health Planning Council, Northeast Florida Counts illustrates a regional commitment to delivering a shared community resource.
