The In-SightŪ 7000 smart camera featuring powerful vision tools, faster image capture, capability to power and control a range of external lighting, and enough input/output (I/O) capacity for virtually any inspection scenario - all in a compact, industrial IP67 package.
The In-Sight 500 vision system is a high-performance, fixed-mount vision system powered by a proprietary vision chip technology, Cognex VSoC™ (Vision System on a Chip), which enables the system to process images at up to 500 frames per second (fps) with windowed acquisition.
The DataMan 300 is designed to handle the most difficult ID code-reading applications on even the highest speed lines. These new readers dramatically increase barcode read rates and speed with a new 1DMax+™ algorithm, which incorporates groundbreaking new "Hotbars™" technology.

 Ultra-compact Motorized Cylinders
RCD Cylinders with a 12mm Cross-section
New Ultra-Compact Motorized Cylinder with 12mm Cross-Section and a body length as short as 60mm. Its high-speed performance with maximum acceleration/deceleration of 1 G and maximum speed of 300 mm/s is highly effective in reducing cycle time in a variety of systems.
The Mini Cylinder RCD easily achieves 3-point positioning and acceleration/deceleration rate adjustments, which are difficult to achieve using air cylinders. Push-motion operation similar to that available with air cylinders is also possible, and the force exerted during a push-motion operation is adjustable.
The Mini Cylinder RCD is small enough to replace compact air cylinders used for short-stroke travel, pressing, hoisting and positioning.

 Ethernet 2.0 Programmable Controllers
Proven Architecture that Simply Works
The 750-881 Ethernet Fieldbus Controller connects Ethernet to the modular WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM. Eliminates additional networking hardware due to the built-in Ethernet switch and allows line topology wiring of the Ethernet network. Both Ethernet ports support auto-negotiate and auto-MDI(X). The fieldbus controller automatically configures, creating a local process image which may include analog, digital or specialty modules. Analog and specialty module data is sent via words and/or bytes; digital data is sent bit by bit.
Two Ethernet interfaces and an integrated switch allow the fieldbus to be wired in a line topology. This eliminates additional network devices such as switches or hubs. Both interfaces support Auto-Negotiation and Auto-MDI(X). The DIP switch configures the last byte of the IP address and may be used for IP address assignment (DHCP, BootP, static). The controller is designed for fieldbus communication in both Ethernet/IP and MODBUS networks. It also supports a wide variety of standard Ethernetprotocols (e.g., HTTP, BootP, DHCP, DNS, SNTP, SNMP, FTP).

Mitsubishi Solutions in Motion
Coming to a parking lot near you
Mitsubishi Electric Automation, Inc. has rolled out a mobile showroom that brings its full array of motion control solutions directly to customers. The 53-foot long Solutions in Motion showroom allows us to bring a showroom to our key end-customers and create a special event right at their facility.

Solutions In Motion has dual expandable walls, creating a space of more than 510 square-feet that can comfortably accommodate 25 people. Interactive demonstration pods in the Solutions Gallery with 32-inch high-definition video monitors display Mitsubishi Electric PLC products, servos, VFDs, HMIs and networks in a wide range of manufacturing applications.
Live in-action demos include:
- RH3 ceiling mount SCARA robot
- Gear mesh device featuring MR-J3 rotary and linear servos
- Mitsubishi Electric's e-F@ctory and connectivity solutions
- F700 fan and pump controller packaged
solution - Mitsubishi Electric's EnergyPaq energy
monitoring system
Gibson Engineering will be touring New England May 7th - 10th
