Yoga in the Park
Join us in Montebello Park on Sundays at 4pm for a donate-what-you-can yoga class. All are welcome, bring your friends and family, and don't forget your yoga mat! Starting this Sunday through to the end of August.
All proceeds will be donated to Community Care.
If it's raining a lot, there will be no class.
But we usually are able to have the class under the pavillion, to keep us in the shade and out of the elements! We'll post it on facebook if we aren't running the class, so be sure to find us and like us on facebook! |

The YBS Yoga Teacher Training Program will provide you with an in-depth study and practice of Vinyasa Flow Yoga (including Hot yoga), Hatha Yoga, how to sequence and teach classes, instruction in asana (poses) and adjustments, Sanskrit, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, leadership, and the art and science of becoming an accomplished yoga teacher.
