Concert with Teresa Doyle & October Browne

In January good friends and fellow musicians Teresa Doyle and October Browne are embarking on their 5th annual 'Raise the Dead of Wintertime' Concert of Quebec and Ontario.
Teresa and October are both seasoned road warriors having toured extensively in Canada, the US, Europe and Japan. They share strong Irish roots from both sides of the pond: Teresa is a sixth generation Prince Edward Islander, October is London born Irish. They are both passionate about Celtic Music.
Teresa will be presenting an eclectic mix of Celtic music and jazz. She will be playing songs from her last release "Late Night Parlour" (her 10th CD), sassy swing from the forties and some of her own compositions in the genre as well as songs from her wide array of Celtic albums.
October is one of a handful of female fingerstyle guitarists in Canada and is also a songwriter and interpreter of traditional songs. She will be playing music from her 4 CD's and some from her upcoming CD to be released in spring of 2012 She is featured on the Borealis Records compilation "Six Strings North of the Border" alongside luminaries Bruce Cockburn and Don Ross.
October and Teresa have a fabulous time together on the road sitting in each other's music, sharing a lot of laughs and having fun with the audience.
