Ralph Nodine, VCDC's President & CEO, was honored with the Virginia S. Peters Housing Award at the Virginia Housing Coalition's (VHC) Annual Awards Dinner on June 23, 2011.
The Virginia S. Peters Award is bestowed on an individual who has, over time, demonstrated tireless dedication and outstanding achievements to promote affordable housing in the Commonwealth. Graham Driver, VCDC's Director of New Markets Tax Credits, is a past winner of the award.
Housing Leadership award winners were: Chuk Bowles, EarthCraft Virginia; Jim Chandler, VHDA; Mike Hawkins, VHDA; Jane Henderson, Virginia Community Capital; and Stephen Smith, AHC, Inc. Additionally, Frank Lofurno and Larry Yates were inducted into VHC's Affordable Housing Hall of Fame.
