Steve Fletcher, Press Room Manager
 
Steve Fletcher has filled an active position at H&D.  He is dedicated 100% to operating a smooth and efficient press room, and his positive contributions are clear. 
In the last 5 years we have more than doubled the equipment we're running around the clock, thus creating a lot of maintenance and problem-solving for Steve.
With 20 years of experience, most recently as a Lead Pressman and Press Room Manager, he's a great fit for the job.

Scott Vaughan - Account Executive

Scott Vaughan joins our Account Team with an expertise in pre-press and production technology. He brings value to his customers by helping them identify the most cost effective way to produce high impact print communication.
His pre-press and production experience gives him the advantage of being able to identify and resolve issues before they impact cost and schedule.
Scott also offers insight and advice on current technologies as they relate to print.

Tony Soave - Account Executive


Tony Soave also joined our Account Team recently.  His approach to sales and service is very practical because his experience has allowed him to see all sides of this business.
Tony owned and operated his own successful printing company, Newprint, for more than 25 years prior to joining H&D. 
His knowledge of the industry and experience running a busy company make him a great asset as an Account Executive.

You asked for CSRs and we were listening.  The sales force is growing, our services have greatly expanded, and let's face it - we're just not as small as we used to be.  Customer Service was clearly an area with room to grow and Alan and Tracy have filled the CSR roles quite nicely.

Alan comes to us with a long history in printing sales.  He has always enjoyed helping customers with the details of their jobs and keeping a clear line of communication between customers and production.  So the transition from sales to service was seamless for Alan.
Tracy also has a long history in printing and has worked in customer service for more than 15 years.  She has been the team lead at two large printing companies and is eager to put that experience to work and be of service to you.  Actually, they all are, and look forward to the opportunity to do so.
