We have recently added three new members and promoted one: Paul Marshall is our newest Account Executive, Jason Parks has
been promoted from within to Production Planner, Amanda Warren is our new
Designer in Prepress, and Bill Keough is our new Customer Service Representative.
Paul Marshall has been working in the printing industry
his entire career. F rom manufacturing, to customer service, to most recently,
eight years of sales. His decision to join our team was a
personal one. When Paul decided to
make a professional move last fall, he visited printers throughout New England
and was most impressed by the facility, the operation, the
efficiencies/pricing, and the team of individuals here. "I know what customers want in a print supplier and we have it here. This
is a good fit for me and I'm excited to hit the ground running in 2010" says

Parks is our new Production Planner, promoted from within our company. Jason started here
as a coop student in high school 15 years ago. After three years here, he went off to serve our country in the
US Army for 10 years and then returned to Hannaford
& Dumas
as a Second Man on the 6-color press.
During a rather busy fall, it became apparent that we needed assistance managing the schedule and Jason pursued the opportunity aggressively. As Production Planner, his focus is strictly owning the production schedule and keeping customers and

Amanda
Warren is just what our Prepress & Marketing Department needs. She is a talented graduate of Massachusetts College of Art with a degree in Graphic Communications. In the short time that she has been here, she has been an integral
part of our marketing efforts, she has used her skills on
behalf of our clients to help enhance their work when asked, and she assists the Prepress Department with their growing demands as the project load increases. Not to mention, she's fast and extremely adept with creative software. Email Amanda
Our new Customer Service  Representative, Bill Keough, was brought onboard to support our growing Sales Team. Like the rest of our Account Management crew, Bill has extensive experience in this trade. With his history as a Pressman, to a Pressroom Supervisor, to a Senior Account Manager, Bill has the dedication and knowledge we were looking for to keep our customer's projects on the right track.
