LanieThe TCACID recently held an election to fill a vacant post. We are pleased to announce our newest board member, Jeff Gramlich, President of CCH Small Firm Services. CCH SFS, which relocated to our district in 2010, is a vital company with close to 600 employees. We hope you will join us in welcoming Jeff to our team. 

 

 

 

 

New Board Member Elected

Jeff GramlichAt the last regular meeting of the Town Center Area Community Improvement District, a new director was elected for Post 1 for a three-year term. The TCACID Board welcomes Jeff Gramlich, President of CCH Small Firm Services.
 

As President of CCH Small Firm Services, Gramlich has full profit and loss responsibilities for one of the fastest growing and most profitable businesses within the Wolters Kluwer organization. SFS serves more than 45,000 professional firms in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, providing tax and accounting software, research and training solutions.

 

Prior to being named to his current position in late 2006, Gramlich was the Executive VP of Business Development for CCH Tax and Accounting. He spearheaded a number of key acquisitions in the U.S., Canada and Australia, including the purchases of Universal Tax Systems and ATX/Kleinrock that led to the creation of SFS.

 

Gramlich took his oath of office at the TCACID meeting on May 24 and joins six other directors.

 

TCACID meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except December, at 7:30 a.m. at 245 TownPark Drive - Ravine I, Lower Level, Kennesaw, GA.
