The TCACID board and staff are pleased to present a report of the Town Center Area Community Improvement District for 2010.

Because of its location as an edge city with a regional mall, airport, growing university campus and two inter-state highways, the Town Center area has been able to weather the challenges during 2010 with new road construction, landscaping programs, wayfinding projects, trails and an update on the TCACID master plan.

Development and redevelopment are natural and important energizers in a community's life... it means working with businesses, local, state and federal agencies to keep projects  moving forward. TCACID's 2010 annual report exemplifies a year of advancing projects through partnerships.
