1- Teacher training across Morocco
It's been a busy month for teacher training. The British Council has run workshops for teachers in Sidi Kacem, ENS Rabat and Sale. Paul Harvey ran workshops in "Drama in ELT" for teachers in Ourzazate, Zagora, Tinghir and Kelaa M'Gouna.
If you would like to participate in this training in your area, please contact your teaching supervisor.

2- MATE Regional conferences
We have also seen a number of conferences organised by regional MATE branches in May:
- May 4th - 6th: MATE Tiznit, Agadir and Guelmim regional colloquium
- May 25th - 27th: MATE Ourzazate regional conference
- May 26th: MATE Beni Mellal regional conference
These events are a great help to teachers in this area and present an opportunity for teachers to meet and learn from each others' skills and experience. If you are a teacher in an area without a MATE regional branch, why not contact MATE for assistance in starting one?

We plan to run teacher training workshops in and around Ouarzazate, Beni Mellal, Bouznika, Khouribga, and Essouira in co-operation with MATE and the Ministry of Education.
