Family Night at BSBI
Starting on Tuesday, Nov.18th at 5 pm
Every Tuesday evening, parents are invited to bring their children to help lead the congregation in Mincha & Ma'ariv. Let your children's young voices fill the Shul with the words of Ashrei, Aleinu, Shema and more.
Following services, there will be 2 groups of study, lasting only 10 minutes. Children under 2nd grade will join Moreh Shlomi for Jewish stories and values. The older children will study Mishnayot with Rabbi Sytner. Light pre-dinner snacks will be served, and prizes will be given out to all children that participate.

Tehillim for Yeladim
Every Shabbat at the Minyan House, children are invited to join Moreh Shlomi for "Tehillim". This group will meet weekly one hour before Mincha. Tickets, prizes and & rewards will be given out and refreshments will be served.
No need to RSVP, just show up at the Minyan House and enjoy!!

Undiscovered Women of the Talmud
A College of Charleston lecture series featuring our very own Rabbi Sytner! 7:00 - 8:15 pm in Rabbi Hirsch Levin Library, College of Charleston Jewish Studies Center
Female influence is important, but sometimes unnoticed, in the Talmud. Thuis course will examine Talmudic texts and commentary in a search of lesser known women who have had a significant impact on Jewish experience. Though often overlooked, women are perhaps the most influential factor in Jewish survival and continuity.
