Outstanding Achievement Award The Jack Petchey Foundation Outstanding Achievement Award was launched in early 2009 and over 25 applications were received from London and Essex schools, who nominated individuals within their teams that produced inspirational performances through the year. A short listed was drawn up and after a tough decision making process, a winner was eventually found in Samuel Harkoui from Westminster, who epitomised Fair Play, teamwork and leadership in 2009, (pictured above) An additional special award was made to Thomas Clements from Bromley for 5 years of service to Panathlon and who now returns to school to coach his ex-team-mates. Congratulations to all!
