Start of the Day
Protocol # 1 *
 One staff member is assigned to arrive at the office one hour before operations (this will be well worth the additional salary or hourly wage) to insure that we get off to the best start possible. This person simply follows and completes the checklist below.

You will notice things as minute as unlocking the front door and turning on the radio to significant tasks like immediately checking the answering machine for cancellations.
It is imperative that the assigned employee has the mentality that insures that they will complete all the tasks each and every day. It is equally important that this staff member sign off at the bottom of the daily checklist, giving their teammates "their word" that they have completed the first step toward assuring a great day.
