Morning Meeting
Protocol # 4 *
The ENTIRE staff will be prepared ( most staff members will need 10 minutes to review the day as it relates to their job) to meet 25 minutes before the first scheduled patient to complete the 13 items of the morning meeting agenda.

It is imperative that they are completed in the order listed and that none are skipped.
Rationale
I'm not sure about your office, but mine is not booked weeks out with productive procedures. In fact, after 29 years, the majority of my patients are rather healthy. You know what that means? It means I come to the office on a host of Mondays wondering where it all will come from. You can be certain I maximize every minute. Not by running from room to room but rather by knowing what the next scheduled quadrant was on a patient in hygiene. By knowing if the allotted time for my scheduled patients look accurate -- is there any treatment planned but unscheduled that "could" be done today? These answers come from one thing -- planning. That's what a morning meeting is about. It's game day. And we win most of our games by planning to win.
