Less than Two Weeks to Save $50
There is less than two weeks left to save $50.00 on your Team Entry Fee. After October 1st, 2011 the Team Entry Fee goes up to $400 a team. So if you wish to take advantage of this Early Team Discount, you need to act quickly before it is gone. Plus, any NEW Teams that would also like to take advantage of these savings need to Apply ASAP to taken into consideration for an invitation to this year's event. The sooner we receive your Team Application, the sooner we can render a decision about an invite to this year's Tournament. They only way you are assured a spot in this year's event is having a paid Entry Fee sent in prior to the brackets filling.
Any/all Entry Fee Checks can be made out to "Troy Little League Football, Inc." and mailed to: PO Box 707, Troy, OH 45373. Be sure to put the name of your city/team in the memo field.

How big will the 2011 Tournament be?
Several teams have asked how big do we think this year's Tournament will be and at this point in time we are still exploring options. A mere four years ago the Tournament started with a modest eight teams, however as word of the Tournament go out, it grew rather rapidly. Last year we had a goal of thirty teams and some last minute changes had the 2010 Tournament played with twenty-seven. Each year the Tournament has always increased in size and as you can see, we already have fourteen teams expressing interest. These next several weeks will be critical for us in determining the size for this year's event and that makes it that much more important for interested teams to act quickly.

The Importance of Team Applications
If you have any interest in participating in this year's event, please submit your Online Team Application ASAP. These Online Applications are our best way to keep an accurate count on interests as well as making sure we have current contact information. Even though returning teams, in good standings, receive an automatic invite, ANY/ALL RETURNING TEAMS ALSO HAVE TO SUBMIT A TEAM APPLICATION just for our records. This way we know of your plans to return and can make sure all our information of your team information is still current. These Team Applications also provide us with valuable information when planning the brackets for this year's Tournament.

Special Rates on Hotel Rooms
 Hotels continue to fill and they will only become more scarce and expensive as the Tournament date draws closer. This year we are proud to announce Alliance Tour & Travel as "The Official Travel Partner for The Trojan Horse". Alliance will be your personal assistant for all your Hotel Reservations and will be offering special Group Rates for anyone that books hotel rooms Tournament weekend. Please note, special group rates may NOT be available by calling any of the local hotels direct.
As Tournament time continues to get closer, it is highly recommended you book your rooms early before the local hotels begin to fill.
