The Miami East Vikings Return
Troy's Miami Country neighbors make a return appearance to this year's Tournament. The Vikings are a true team that is part of the Cross County Conference. Not only does Miami East always bring a competitive team, but their High School also graciously offers their Stadium for our Tournament Weekend. With the stadium only a few minutes away from our other fields, this is always a great asset to the Tournament and wonderful venue for any of the teams fortunate enough to play on that field.

The Importance of Team Applications
If you have any interest in participating in this year's event, please submit your Online Team Application ASAP. These Online Applications are our best way to keep an accurate count on interests as well as making sure we have current contact information. Even though returning teams, in good standings, receive an automatic invite, ANY/ALL RETURNING TEAMS ALSO HAVE TO SUBMIT A TEAM APPLICATION just for our records. This way we know of your plans to return and can make sure all our information of your team information is still current. These Team Applications also provide us with valuable information when planning the brackets for this year's Tournament.

Lock In Early and Save
Remember, any returning Football Teams receive an automatic invite and can go ahead and send in their Team Entry Fee and save $50.00 while securing their spot in this year's Tournament. This year's Team Entry Fee is only $350 (for a roster of no more than 25 players and $10 extra a player for maximum of 35), however the Fee goes up to $400 after October 1st, 2011 (provided there is still room in this year's Tournament). Any NEW Teams that would also like to take advantage of these savings need to Apply ASAP to taken into consideration for an invitation to this year's event.
Any/all Entry Fee Checks can be made out to "Troy Little League Football, Inc." and mailed to: PO Box 707, Troy, OH 45373. Be sure to put the name of your city/team in the memo field.

Special Rates on Hotel Rooms
 This year we are proud to announce Alliance Tour & Travel as "The Official Travel Partner for The Trojan Horse". Alliance will be your personal assistant for all your Hotel Reservations and will be offering special Group Rates for anyone that books hotel rooms Tournament weekend. Please note, special group rates may NOT be available by calling any of the local hotels direct.
As Tournament time continues to get closer, it is highly recommended you book your rooms early before the local hotels begin to fill.
