AAC on the Roof of Africa
AAC Summit - Jenny Salentine

In case you missed the news, safari specialists Kim Dodson and Jenny Salentine were on the summit of Kilimanjaro a few short weeks ago! They hosted a special group of climbers that went on our 'AAC Friends & Family Kili Trek'.  Many of them also either went on a Tanzanian safari beforehand, or extended their stay for some time in Zanzibar.

If you'd like to see trip reports and hear more about the climb (or even their training regimen), check out The Safari Journal Blog.

Congratulations to Kim, Jenny and the AAC climbing team!

Thanks for your support,

Special Safaris
A. Shuyler TZ Elephant

If you are interested in a truly unique safari, check out some of our new 2013 offerings. We have a new, one time only 'Big 5 and Bridge' safari with renowned bridge player and instructor, Larry Cohen, where you can combine amazing safari experiences in Tanzania with daily bridge instruction and play.

We are also now accepting reservations for our AfricAid 2013 safari. This year's AfricAid safari has an incredible cultural immersion component that will truly make you an 'insider' as you walk with the girls from the Kisa schools and gain a deep understanding of their lives.

Finally, we also have two very special hosted safaris for Trinity University Alumni that are also open to non-alum.  Visit South Africa in July for time in Cape Town, the winelands and the bush, or go to Tanzania in January 2014 to have a chance to see the wildebeest migration and to enjoy some special cultural experiences.

We hope you can join us on one of these adventures.  Stay tuned for more special safaris in 2013.
