Greetings!
  Serengeti migration - G Healey

It happens every year. Not on the same day, but always without fail. It is predictable to a degree, yet it is ever changing and absolutely magical. It is the Great Migration.

Words fail to capture the majesty of this natural wonder.  Millions of animals, predominantly wildebeest and zebra, follow the rains through the Serengeti ecosystem, closely followed by predators.  This migration creates one of the most amazing natural spectacles on Earth.

It has to be seen to be comprehended.  Call us to experience the wonder; we will use our expertise to help you craft the best chance to witness the migration in a way that is just right for you.

 Hamish-Ladd mokoro

We love receiving stories, photos and feedback from our clients; we get to see the results of our work in helping you plan the perfect safari.  We regularly share photos with you in Traveler's Corner, on the blog and on Facebook, and we periodically share feedback from clients.  Today we'd like to share an excerpt of a note from recent AAC traveler, Kay Hamish-Ladd who visited Botswana and ZambiaTo read the entire review, please check the blog, and you can find more of her trip photos (including a gorgeous shot of wild dogs) on Facebook.

'Kent, thanks so much for your help in selecting a safari for Africa. I think the Botswana Great Wilderness Safari was the perfect one for us. I wanted to pass along feedback on our wonderful guide...  We believe that a major reason that our trip was so wonderful was our guide, Russell Crossey... He is a wonderful combination of experience and enthusiasm. He is extremely knowledgeable about animals, birds, history and geology. He could identify birds that we could barely see...

I had high expectations for our trip - I had waited 30 years to go on an Africa safari. Because of Russell, my experience exceeded my
expectations...'

Kay Hamish-Ladd

Thanks for the feedback, Kay.  We're glad you had such a wonderful trip!
