Is Kenya back?
 

Once the darling of safari enthusiasts, Kenya has also had its fair share of problems in recent years.  I've been visiting Kenya for years and based on my October 2010 trip, I have to say, "yes, Kenya is back!"  2010's national referendum - which amongst other things, reduced the powers of the president and eliminated the position of prime minister - was overwhelmingly passed by Kenya voters and seems to have created a climate of greater cooperation and peace.
