November 2010
Greetings!
Is Kenya back?
Once the darling of safari enthusiasts, Kenya has also had its fair share of problems in recent years. I've been visiting Kenya for years and based on my October 2010 trip, I have to say, "yes, Kenya is back!" 2010's national referendum - which amongst other things, red uced the powers of the president and eliminated the position of prime minister - was overwhelmingly passed by Kenya voters and seems to have created a climate of greater cooperation and peace. And for safaris, Kenya continues to offer a wide range of fantastic options, one of my new favorites being horseback safaris in the Laikipia region. Please read on to learn about all the great opportunities Kenya offers and don't hesitate to call us or write if you want to know more.
Safari Njema,
