One of the highlights of last year was the success of OKA's new Generations and Type class. Both offerings were popular and well received, so we are doubling the number of offerings this year. The next Generations and Type class is coming up February 17-18, 2010 at OKA's training center in Fairfax, Virginia. OKA's Generations and Type workshop uses the new workbook, Generations: Bridging the Gap with Type by Rita M. Murray and Hile Rutledge. This book defines both the generations and the basics of type-including a self-assessment tool for readers who have not taken the MBTI assessment. The book then uses type and temperament ideas to address and remedy the challenges posed by generational differences.
