well folks...the time is near...I feel pretty confident in saying that we'll be able to open our shiny new diner doors by this friday!!...of course now that I said that, i have jinxed us! However, it looks very positive as we have passed liquor and health permitting and are good to go.
A couple of items of info to convey...
-diner hours; sunday-thurs 7am-12am friday and saturday open till 2am
-breakfast served all day!
-coffee bar in the morning from 7-11am, included newspapers, pastries etc
-we'll be accepting reservations for parties of 8 or larger only
-our location is at 1400 E union, 98122

-we'll be at the historic flight foundation in mukilteo on the 21st from 1-5pm
-we'll also be starting south lake union/amazon in early june !! most likely on tuesdays

-look for josh on QVC in late june...we know...crazy ridiculous, but it's true. Hopefully he doesn't get mixed up and start selling desktops smothered in bacon jam for $400
