skillet news

Exciting stuff afoot..I think we can safely say we'll be opening the diner around may 10th or so. The equipment is going in today, the huge butcher block cutting board went in last week and the booths are being done right now..is exciting!!!

we are expecting!!!    looking to add a new flavor the bacon jam family..we'll be releasing later this year a black pepper fennel bacon jam.....Hollah!, and welcome to the bacon jam family BPFB..:) Look for it most likely by late summer! 

also... I think we have decided to sign up for the NW beerfest over fourth o' july weekend! going to be doing a stout braised pork "poutine" style. We'll be serving up our burger and few other items as well..is most definintely going to be a fine fine shindig!

diner news.....we still need your skillets!                                                                         we are still looking for some skillet's, as we want to do a skillet "art wall". We would love your skillets!  we will "trade" you a $30 gift certificate for your big skillet and $20 for a smaller one. We are looking for 6-10" cast iron, le creuset, emile henry etc that we can put on our wall.. email us at eat@skilletstreetfood.com...the funkier the better!
