The North Carolina Senior Community Service Employement Program (SCSEP) is required to submit a four-year State Plan that includes strategies and best practices to foster collaboration among national and state grantees, workforce developement partners, employees and other stakeholders to impove services and increase older workers successful placement into unsubsidized employment.
