It's Expo Time!  The 9th Annual Business Expo will be held on October 3rd at the James W. Warren Citizens Center.  We are currently offering booths to participate in the Expo.  For booth information, please visit our website.  This year we are going Hollywood, so come join us on the red carpet!

Pictured above is the CherryBerry of NC  Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting picture. The grand opening was held May 15, 2012, at 10:30 am in Denver, NC. Owners of Cherry Berry are Bill Tadlock and Zack Tadlock. Presiding at the grand opening ceremony was Mr. Eddie Sigmon, Chair of the Chamber's Ambassadors' Committee. Also participating in the ceremony was Chamber President, Ken Kindley.

 33rd Academic Achievement Awards Held May 24
 

The Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber of Commerce and Lincoln County Board of Education held the 33rd annual Academic Achievement Awards Banquet on May 24, 2012, which honored the Top 10 Academic Seniors from North Lincoln, East Lincoln, Lincolnton, and West Lincoln High Schools. Guest speaker for the evening was former Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jim Watson.

 

During the evening, the Top 10 Seniors were presented framed certificates recognizing their achievements. Also, scholarships were presented by Robert Bosch Tool Corporation, S. Ray Lowder Scholarship Committee, Lincoln County Home Builders, and the Chamber presented its James M. "Bo" Moore, Jr. scholarships, four scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 a piece.

Accurate Payroll Solutions is owned and operated by Susan Caldwell and is located at 2817 East Highway 27, Lincolnton, NC.
