The Generation Y segment of our population may be the most
educated group in the US
population but surveys show they are for the most part "incredibly financial
services illiterate." Ask some of them to tell you their credit card's interest

had mostly senior citizen customers and wanted to change that to more Gen Yers.
They launched a new section to their web site - "Join the Conversations!" There
are links to Facebook and Kudzu. When followed, there are open, two-way
discussions on banking subjects and bank customer testimonials. Through these
links the bank is embracing the type of two-way conversation Gen Yers like.
