The Sippican Lands Trust, Inc. is a non-profit organization founded in 1974 for the acquisition, management and protection of natural areas in Marion.  The ultimate goal of the Trust is to protect wildlife, ecosystems and natural resources as well as the history, heritage and beauty of the area.  Open land not only provides us with a sense of tranquility and pleasure now, but the protection of this land is our legacy for future generations.

Radio Tower Boardwalk

Come help reclaim a trail on Sippican Lands Trust property "Radio Tower". 

We'll meet in the parking lot behind Lockheed Martin (the old Sippican Corp.). 
To get there turn off Route 6 at the sign for "Sippican Office Park" and drive straight to reach the corner of the back lot. Park by the basketball backboard.

Please bring hedge clippers, gloves and long pants, and some water proof boots for some friendly trail clearing.

Dear Stewards,

SLT's Annual Steward's Cookout will be held October 20th at the Saltonstall's.  More information will be coming to you via email or snail mail. 

We hope your annual property visits and monitoring reports are coming along well.  Please make sure to make note of anything you think might be of interest to us and take photos whenever possible. If you do not have a blank stewardship report, please click here (Inspection Report Form) to download one from SLT's website. 

If you are not currently a SLT Steward and are interested in volunteering, please contact the office.  We would love to have more volunteers.
