Happy New Year!
An inspiring weekend of workshops (and private consultations) with movement master (and my teacher) Jaimen McMillan is in store for us in a few weeks, as is the start of the Winter programs of Healthy Movement for children and parents. We return to a restored Grand View Studio for most programs, and enjoy our 5th Street studio on Saturdays through Easter...here's to 2009!
