Jan Phalen designs Aubergine series for son's wedding. Art pieces enhance wedding! What a lovely reason to be creative. In Jan's signature series, she mixes a matte glaze with iridescent glazes to dramatize the flowers and vines. Creamy gloss glaze is real ivory Mother-of-pearl. 22K gold gives the finishing touch. Legacy Artwork

These unique crosses are made from pieces of recycled stained glass windows from churches, hospitals and other historic places that have been damaged by fire or other means.
The charm of them lies in that Christie identifies the building and its location of the pieces of glass that make up each cross.
The one shown has glass in it from The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and The First United Methodist Church in Mercedes, TX.

Symbolism of the Dragonfly

Native American traditions as well as many cultures throughout the world have, for thousands of years, recognized the dragonfly as a symbol of a positive life force. The dragonfly is a reminder to live life to the fullest, and to make the most of our time on earth.
Its association with water also symbolizes purity, dreaming, happiness, and change.
These are made of heat treated steel and come in two sizes.

New handbag artist added
Fabric and bags Made in the USA
We found a fabulous new handbag artist just perfect for our Houston customers. Carrie designs and has the tapestry-weight fabrics and the bags made here in the US. This is getting exceedingly rare in the handbag marketplace.
We were proud to make the first introduction of her work at the recent March of Dimes Labor Day Fashion Show Luncheon fundraiser held at the Intercontinental Hotel August 26th.
