Houston Metal Artists Guild Juried Show and Sale is being posponed until Saturday, Oct 4th. This show will be running concurrently with the Clay Houston Show and Demonstrations. Our next newsletter will serve to remind you. You will be able to view both shows on our internet site next week. |

"Party for the Cause"

The Hanson Galleries at Uptown Park sustained heavy water damage from dozens of roof leaks, but we have cleaned up and are open for business from 10-6 daily and 12-5 on Sunday for the time being. (713-552-1242). Our Memorial City Mall location did not have any damage and is open for business with shortened hours. (713-984-1242).
The Tasting Room at Uptown Park is hosting "Party for the Cause" for hurricane relief. This Saturday, Sept 20th from noon until curfew, they will be donating part of each sale to the Houston Area Red Cross. Donations of cash, clothing and non-perishable food items will be taken. A raffle of items will help raise additional funds for the relief effort. Hanson Galleries is supporting this event. Be a part of this celebration of Houstonians helping Houstonians! Come in our store and share your hurricane stories with us. The restaurants on either side of us are serving hot meals.
