A full schedule of events is planned in downtown Jeffersonville for 2010.  The public can access the events calendar and download a printable version of it by visiting the Jeffersonville Main Street Inc. website at www.JeffMainStreet.org.  "We've got a full schedule of downtown events that will hopefully attract people to the vibrant heart of our community," said Jay Ellis, Executive Director of Jeffersonville Main Street Inc., a 501 (c) (3) organization working to revitalize downtown Jeffersonville.  "We invite people to visit downtown, where they can enjoy an authentic local experience by patronizing concerts, wine tastings, parades, festivals, the farmers market, and locally-owned shops and restaurants."

 

Back by popular demand, the Wine Walk & Shop event returns on Friday, July 9.  We've also added some new events like the Chocolate Lovers Stroll on Friday, April 9, whereby attendees can sample a different type of chocolate at each participating shop, and the Ice Cream Social on Saturday, August 28 that offers a different sample of ice cream at each participating shop.  We look forward to seeing everyone in beautiful downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana this year!
