| Dear Parents & Guardians,
We would like to update you on the status of our phone system at the Academy. First and foremost, please accept our apology in the delay of this letter, but we were under the impression a few days ago that our phones would be in working order by now. Unfortunately, the problem is a result of a hardware failure and it is out of our control at this point in getting the matter resolved. The phone company is working on trying to get our system back up as promptly as possible, but we are uncertain on when this will happen.
In the meantime, we ask that you continue to use email as a method of communication to the school. Check our Staff Directory for a full list of email addresses. In addition, we would like to provide you with a list of cell phone numbers of some of our key personnel in the event of an emergency.
