WingNut Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay & Quarter Marathon

All finishers will receive a keychain medal, a goodie bag and a post race BBQ. All participants registered by April 5, 2008 will receive a cotton t-shirt. Race registration and kit pick up is on race day from 8:00 - 8:45am.
Race begins promptly at 9:00am.
Aid stations are stocked with water, Cytomax and gels every 2.5k.

Course is out and back 5.25k. Half Marathoners will do the out and back twice and may use the start/finish area as a drop area for personal items. Half Marathon Relay participants (10.5k each) will do the out and back once each and will exchange at the start/finish area. Quarter marathoners (10.5k) will do the out and back once.

Walkers Welcome!
The Wingnut is open to all participants who would like to walk(no running) any distance. You must register as a walker to be eligible for walking recognition in the half marathon and half marathon relay. This division will be monitored by other race participants and all cheaters may be jeered, have fingers pointed at them, rolled in a ditch or at least disqualified.
