Yoga Stretch for Runners
Donna Lott will begin an every other week cycle of Yoga stretch for runners starting Monday Oct 1 from 6-7pm. Tell your friends!
$5.00 per session and bring your mat if you have one. |
FunRunner Anniversay Celebrations October will our 10th anniversay and we want to celebrate in the best way we know how...long, protracted and involving food!!!!
Monday October 1- Before yoga we will do a Retro Workout: Come and experience the original group workout from 10 years ago. Light weights but lots of lunging and wall sits!
Tuesday October 2nd - Anniversary 10k. While the original route was walked and was about 3.5k, we are planning a 5k loop times 2 in the old running neighbourhood. Park at VP Carswell School for 6:45pm, grab a map and tour the "old" route.
Thursday October 4th - Tomasso's for dinner at 6:30pm. Feel free to get your weights in first, or park at the Clubhouse and walk or run to Tomasso's then pig out! Please RSVP by Oct 2nd at 613-392-7752.
