      The Quinte FunRunners welcome you to a summer of fun! We've had lots of great support with upwards of 30 people each week. Everyone is welcome to join in by participating in a themed 5k run each Saturday at 127 Dufferin Ave in Trenton, just across the street from the Quaker Plant. The cost is $1 for Quinte FunRunner members, and $3 for non-members. This Saturday, we will be holding the "Gummy Run" at 9:00 am. Come hungry, and be ready to eat some delicious worms in dirt!

     We are staying open later!!  For the summer months we will be open Wednesday nights until 7:00PM.
     There is now a Canadian distributor for Skirt Sports which means faster and more diverse product.  If you have been eyeing up a certain design of skirt or want to check out the new designs go to www.skirtsports.com, pick out your favourite and let us know by 10:00am Friday when we place our order.

Let's Run 15k With Sue Stevenson!

On Saturday, August 18, 2007 join the Quinte FunRunners and Sue Stevenson for a 15k run. The run will be split into 5k loops, so if you don't want to run the whole 15k, you can start or finish at the beginning or end of a 5k loop. The run will start at 9:00 am at the QFR Clubhouse at 127 Dufferin Ave. The cost is free for QFR members and $2 for non-members. Water and gels will be provided en route. This will be followed by a Potluck pigout at 11:00 am.
