Tri & Run Sports is excited to announce the following clinics and events planned for the summer. Along with these we offer Learn to Run, Run a 10k, Run Faster, Run a Half Marathon, Run a Marathon, Learn to Tri and Run an Ultra. Pick your goal and call us, clinics start weekly.

May 28 - Yoga stretch for Runners. Donna Lott will be doing a one time demonstration class at the Quinte FunRunners Clubhouse from 5:30-6:30pm. Everyone is welcome; club members $1.00, non-members $3.00.
June 2 - Quinte FunRunners Summer of Fun race #1 Timbit Run 5k. Run 2.5k, eat 6 Timbits, run 2.5k.
June 3 - VON 10k Walk/Run/Roll in Trenton www.von.ca

June 7 - Open Water Swim. An open water swim with instruction for newbies, company for the experienced at Roblin Lake. Call to book a wetsuit.
June 10 - Trail run at McCauley Mountain 9:00am, tea/coffee/chat at Tim Horton's afterwards. Call the store for more details.
June 14 - Learn to Change a tire. Quinte FunRunners will host a Learn to Change your tire seminar at their Clubhouse @127 Dufferin Ave in Trenton at 6:30pm. Bring your bike and a trainer if you have one. Minor bike maintenance and fit adjustments can be made during this session. $3.00 for non-members.
Every Saturday in the Summer - The Quinte FunRunners will host a 5k fun run every Saturday at 9:00am. Receive a ballot every time your race. Draw for beautiful gift basket at the end of the summer.
Sept 29 - Tri & Run Sports sponsored pre-race breakfast at Run for the Toad. Details to follow.
