Greetings!
Happy 2007!! A new year always brings with it new
resolutions, goals and a plethora of races to choose
from. We were blessed on New Years Day with warm
temperatures and 65 runners who joined us in
celebrating the new beginnings that come when the
calendar page flips. As you begin your new season
remember to take care of the things that we run out
of time for such as stretching, new shoes, nutrition
and most importantly your support crew....family.

Brooks, TP Technologies, Spinervals and more
Tri & Run Sports is thrilled to announce Brooks shoes
to our line up. Along with shoes we will
be highlighting their Nightlife garments including
reflective hats, vests and blinking lights.
TP Massage products continue to be important in
injury repair and maintenance. Look for one day
clinics coming in February where you have the
opportunity to try out the products and learn how
they can be beneficial.

Putting Your Body in Balance with Orthotics
The key to better health could be right under
your ...toes. There are 52 bones, 66 joints 214
ligaments and 38 tendons and muscles in your feet.
The average person takes 10,000 steps per day
adding up to 100,000 miles in their lifetime. Come in
for an assessment to see if orthotics will rebalance
your body, reducing pain and discomfort and improve
your quality of life.

Disney and the Dirty Girl
Well we made quite a splash with our red and white
Tri & Run jerseys and chatted with a lot of other
Canadians or runners who have run in Canada and
wanted to tell us how much they loved the area they
visited. Aside from looking great we had a blast
travelling as a group and cheering for each other
along the way. If you would like to be part of the
group fun, Tri & Run Sports and the Foot Shack are
putting together teams for the Dirty Girl (guys
welcome). It promises to be a lot of fun, and
probably a little dirty! Register through the store.
More details to follow.
