Get Out the Vote

It's no trick -- online voting for ASCA's Governing Board opens on Halloween, Oct. 31. Don't miss your opportunity to have a voice in the association's future. Candidates are running for the following positions: president elect, middle level vice president and counseling director/coordinator vice president. To help you make an informed decision, in addition to the biographical information about candidates always available, this year we've also added video interviews and candidate speeches.

To access the online ballot, visit www.schoolcounselor.org between Oct. 31 and Nov. 14.

Be sure to place your vote online between Oct. 31 and Nov. 14 at 5 p.m., Pacific Time. No costumes or long lines at the polls required.

And while you're thinking about voting, don't forget that other election coming up that you may have heard a little something about recently... Be sure to vote on Nov. 4. For details on Sen. Barak Obama's and Sen. John McCain's positions on education, click here to download a brief detailing their education platforms.
