Happy 95th Birthday to Gypsy Lou Webb long time friend of Noel Rockmore and Bohemian French Quarter Icon. Rita Posselt took her to her favorite bar in Slidell to celebrate as Lou is just starting to get up and about after her fall and recovery at Oschners last month. It was quite a year for Lou who lost her sister, her home, lived in a Homeless Shelter, a week in New Orleans, two apartments in Slidell and was featured in the Garden & Gun article on Rockmore with a great photo. What an inspirational survivor Gypsy Lou Webb is at 95!
