Made in the Extra Dry style, meaning not dry - not sweet, white peach, green apple and a delicate floral aroma play like a harmonious symphony from it's start to it's long finish. The balanced acidity is appealing, the texture silky, it's flavor seductive. A perfect compliment with cheese and crackers, fruit and nuts.

 

Composed of 60% Syrah, 20% Granache and 20% Carignane, this is a blockbuster that blows away it's closest competition, a wine not to be missed.
