It's all about the wine, this Vidal Icewine, which goes through some serious overtime in order to produce it's nectar. Intense flavors of apricot, honeysuckle, orange and pineapple leave a powerful impact on the senses, with layer after layer of explosive silkiness, so well balanced with a finish of refreshing acidity. This qualifies as my epitome of a great wine: when you can enjoy smelling its perfumed aroma just as much as you do sipping its imperial juice.
