Coaches hear the truth about energy drinks and supplements
The third WINForum clinic of 2009 was held during the WIAA Coaches’ School at the Yakima Convention Center on July 31st. Over 140 coaches attended the session where Emily Edison, MS, RD, Sports Dietitian for the University of Washington Athletics Department, presented the facts on sport nutrition, energy drinks, supplements, and dietary blunders and other nutritional information for coaches about getting their athletes to eat healthy to ensure peak athletic performance in her presentation, “Sports Diet Dilemmas”.

Sport Nutrition Game Plan to be released at October nutrition clinic
There is one more WINForum Nutrition Clinic planned for 2009 to be held in October at the University of Washington Conibear Shell House.
